This page explains shipping for orders delivered to the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
Where we deliver
We offer tracked delivery to eligible addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO, DPO and FPO military addresses. Delivery availability is checked against your shipping address at checkout.
Free tracked shipping
Standard tracked shipping is free for eligible U.S. addresses, with no minimum order value. At checkout, this appears as “Free Tracked Shipping” with a shipping charge of $0.
Production and dispatch
For orders that require production, production usually takes approximately 5 calendar days before factory dispatch. Calendar days include weekends.
For in-stock orders, please allow approximately 5 calendar days for order processing before dispatch. Calendar days include weekends. This is a processing estimate and does not include shipping transit time. If you need your order by a particular date, please contact us at support@shopbikingbros.com before ordering for the current dispatch estimate.
Estimated international transit
For orders shipped internationally to eligible U.S. addresses, estimated international transit is 6–12 business days. This estimate does not include production, order preparation or domestic transfer from the factory to the international carrier.
Transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing, public holidays and carrier disruptions may extend delivery times. Production time and international transit time are separate stages.
Import duties and taxes
For eligible shipments to the United States, import customs duties are included in our shipping arrangement and are not charged again as a separate import-duty fee. Any sales tax that we are legally required to collect will be shown at checkout.
